- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible. I've been using this bank for over a year. They had 2 drive through windows. One broke about 9 or 10 months ago and still is not working. The other one has been down for weeks. They said someone took the tube. Hello, you're Chase Bank! You have resources ......... get another one!! Other times the window was closed and when I asked why (this has happened 5 times) they say they are "understaffed" and don't have the manpower to open the window.
